We don't have the specifics yet on Jenny's passing, though I understand
it was cancer; the timeframe sometime in 2001-2002. Will post more
when we have more details.</p>
<p>Jenny and I both arrived in Ramstein at the same time, starting
9th grade at the Junior High together and having several classes
together. She lived right above us in the same stairwell. I was
on the 2nd floor, she and her family on the third floor. Her little
sister often played with my sister Anne in our home. Though we weren't
close friends, I do have strong memories of her being active in
our Sophomore Class activiies, selling hot dogs at football games
and decorating for homecoming and the Sophomore sponsored spring
dance. I don't know if this makes any sense but I also remember
plaid when I envision Jenny; she must have been wearing a plaid
outfit the day we first met. Jenny was liked and loved by everyone.
The world is a poorer place without her and heaven, a richer one.
